(Deutsch) Patricia Bussemeier

Patricia was born into a family of seamstresses and crafty women. As a child and teenager, she tried almost any textile craft there was – from knitting and crocheting to spinning her own yarn.

In her teen years, Patricia made first contact with patchwork. She made her first quilt in 1982. Today, quiltingis her passion.

Patricia has learned from many renowned quilters:

Linda Taylor, Claudia Pfeil, Dusty Farell, Elsbeth Nusser Lampe, Pascale Goldenberg, Bernadette Maier, Judith Larzelere

She has assisted in numerous classes as translator for international teachers:

Angela Walters and Kim Brunner, several Handi Quilter educators from the USA, Sue Patten from Canada, Sophie Santoine Furbere from France

Patricia herself is an educator for HAndi quulter customers in Germany.
